You may or may not be aware the BJCP has announced a new grader incentive program in an effort to speed up exam results and hopefully eliminate the long wait periods for exam seats. When more exams are graded, more exams can be given. Hopefully at some point the two-year wait for an exam slot can be shaved to half that time. I know Admins right now who want to get another exam on the calendar and their first opportunity may be in 2017.
The idea is simple, grade three exam sets in a year and get a check. Grade more and get a bigger check. Judge at the AHA NHC Final Round and get an additional check. Here is the program if you have not see it.
If you are a National or higher judge you should sign up to grade exams and help eliminate the backlog. Grade enough exams and get a check!
